About

The Philosophy: Expressive Musicality

Expressive musicality is the ability to shape music with meaning. It is not only about singing the right notes or playing the correct rhythms. It is about phrasing, timing, tone, rhythm, emotion, storytelling, and human connection.

At JJH2 Music LLC, students learn to understand music from multiple perspectives — the singer, the conductor, the percussionist, the composer, the performer, and the listener. This approach helps musicians become more thoughtful, confident, and expressive.
